During the checkout process, you will be asked to choose a shipping method.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the delivery address.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

If the delivery address is outside the European Union, the package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You are responsible for paying these fees. Therefore, in such a case, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order, as these fees can be substantial, and we are unable to calculate them for you.

The purchased item is shipped directly by the manufacturer from Italy within 1-2 business days. If the order is placed on a Friday, it will not be processed before the weekend.

Once your purchased handbag has been shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Once shipped, goods are usually delivered within 5 business days. Please note, however, that the delivery time stated in the Store Regulations and possibly in the order summary is only an estimate, as we are practically unable to guarantee that the shipment will not encounter any delays on its way from Italy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, specifically unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, the easiest way is to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract via email to sklep@goodbag.pl. In point 13 of the Store Regulations, you will find a template for such a statement of withdrawal from the contract. Please remember that the item must also be sent to the address we will provide to you.

If your return is accepted (i.e., the item is in the same condition as when you received it), we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a statement of withdrawal from the sales contract will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and propose a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
